Terms & Conditions

  • All the parking, ULEZ, Congestion, and toll charges are the passenger’s responsibility, which will be added to the quoted, fixed, or metered price.
  • All Meet & Greet Services waiting for charges will be £16 per hour after the arrival of the driver at the pick-up address.
  • All airport Pick-up meeting point is arranged between driver and passengers on the day.
  • To keep minimum waiting and parking charges for airports our driver meets you 45 minutes after the flight landing or subject to the agreed time.
  • The first 45 minutes after the landing are free. After that waiting time charges applies £16 per hour.
  • Price may change subject to multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, size, seating, and Luggage capacity of the vehicle.
  • Child Car Seat: As private Hire and Taxi vehicles by law, we are exempt from carrying them on board. We do offer a service to take your child’s seats on the journey and bring them back to our office to keep them safe for the return journey. Please make sure that your child’s seats are labeled with your contact details.
  • Auto Monitoring of flights with our internal system to check for delays.
  • Enhanced security for passengers through SMS notifications upon taxi arrival.
  • We will try to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
  • For Urgent queries/amendments to booking please call the office.

At all airports, we include 45 minutes of waiting time free after the flight has landed, and thereafter the charge will be £16 per Hour.

If a pick up from is within London (residential address or business address), we allow up to 10 minutes waiting time from the which passenger has made the booking for, and thereafter £16 per hour waiting time will apply.

This means our fares are based on direct trips with passengers being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified.

From postcode cancellation not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking will incur 100% of the booking price.

If we pick up from any UK address the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the time the booking was made for, if we were unable to contact the passenger (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number), we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and the passenger has been issued with the reference number.

Additional surcharge applies on the following dates 24, 25, 26, and 31 December as well as 1st of January.

There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during a journey(minimum £5) or any other diversion on the way.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking with minimum 3 hours notice.

Refund Policy

Refund will be issued on the following grounds.

  • Booking on all notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick-up time.
  • If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining the cancellation number.

No refund will be issued for the following.

  • If the passenger books the PHV for the wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed to pick up address without informing us for any what so ever.


Cancellation: Cancellation should be done 12 hours prior to your booking.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is securely stored on Autocab’s UK-based cloud platform. Reachers Cars accesses this data through Autocab’s secure system. We do not store payment information ourselves.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing
 

We process your data based on:

  • Contract – to provide taxi services
  • Legal obligation – to comply with transport and licensing law
  • Legitimate interest – for fraud prevention and service improvement
  • Consent – where you have opted into marketing

6. Sharing Your Data
 

We may share your information with:

  • Licensed drivers and operators (to fulfill your booking)
  • Payment processors (via Autocab)
  • Law enforcement or local authorities (if legally required)
 
We do not sell or rent your data.
 
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
 

We retain data for as long as required by law:

  • Booking data: Up to 6 years
  • Marketing preferences: Until you opt out
  • Payment data: Managed securely by Autocab

8. Your Rights
 

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Request deletion (where legally possible)
  • Withdraw marketing consent
